Flavie Belard

With 25 years of experience in financial services, Flavie has built a diverse, international career, spending over half of it abroad. She joined Societe Generale in 2008, bringing prior experience as an auditor (PwC, Dexia, Westpac), and has since held key roles in the Finance Division and as Chief of Staff for Global Markets. As Head of Client Strategy at SG Kleinwort Hambros, she gained valuable expertise in client engagement and business development. In January 2025, Flavie was appointed UK Chief of Staff at Societe Generale. A committed advocate for diversity, she mentors emerging talents and supports initiatives such as the SPARK programme. Flavie graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with an MBA.
